Her background spans healthcare, pharmacy operations, global BPO, client solutions, commercial strategy, operational transformation, real estate development, hospitality concept strategy, and project execution leadership. Across each chapter of her career, La Donna has operated in environments where complexity, accountability, performance, and execution mattered.

She has led and supported large-scale operational environments, enterprise client relationships, transformation initiatives, strategic growth efforts, and cross-functional teams where results required more than vision — they required systems, structure, communication, and disciplined follow-through.
